Princess Peg Dolls

What I used:
  • 4x4" Box {to store finished princesses in}
  • 8 wooden peg dolls (measure 2 5/16" x 7/8")
  • 1/4" Wooden Dowel Caps
  • 5mm Silver Acrylic Jewels
  • Acrylic Craft Paints
  • Wood Glue/Super Glue/Amazing Goop Glue, etc
  • Pencil {I used a mechanical pencil since I needed a finer line}

Paint Filled Eggs on Canvas


We have had lots of fun finding FUN ways to use the eggshells after we eat our eggs.  The shells are easy to keep, and they make a great vessel for all sorts of fun.

Paint Filled Eggs on Canvas Materials List
  • Emptied eggshells
  • Paint (we used washable tempera)
  • Tissue paper
  • A glue stick
  • Optional: A canvas- you could also use poster board or paper

Quick & Easy Chalk Paint Vase




This Chalk Paint® project could not be easier and it makes the most amazing gift! I grabbed some vases, then painted two quick coats of some Chalk Paint® Decorative Paint by Annie Sloan that I had on hand. I used Duck Egg Blue and French Linen. After they dried I used a damp kitchen sponge to distress them. I waxed them to protect the finish and give it a polished look. (MORE)
